We currently ship Australia-wide only.

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched.

3. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to all Australian orders over AUD $99.
Express shipping is excluded from this offer.
4. Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), dispatch may take slightly longer.
5. Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SKINLY21 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided by customers. If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@skinly21.com.au — we will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Taxes & Duties
For Australian customers, prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
No additional customs or import duties apply to domestic orders.
