• Regular post within Australia: $7.95. Orders above $70 automatically get free regular shipping.  
• Express post within Australia: $14.95 flat rate

Due to the nature of skincare products, SKINLY21 does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been shipped, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

All products are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. While we take great care in packaging your order, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@skinly21.com.au, including clear photos of the affected product(s).

Please note that damage to the outer shipping box alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the product inside remains intact.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 14 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange for damaged goods.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have been notified that a refund has been processed but have not yet received the funds, please:

1. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
2. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
